The 1 on 1 Experience

1on1 Training is focused on the SKILL and TECHNIQUE.
A SKILL you can learn on a mannequin.
A TECHNIQUE must be learned on a person.
In cosmetology school we learned skills on a mannequin first, then we moved on to taking real clients to perfect the technique.
We will follow this exact learning formula for all 1 on 1 trainings!
We will first get the SKILL down and then we will use a model to complete an entire install before we leave the class!

HANDS ON CURRICULUM

  • The Theory: 9 am - 11am

    It is important to understand the foundation of the Install before we start learning how to do the install on the mannequin or your Model.

  • The Practice: 11am-12pm

    There is a Big Difference in SKILL and TECHNIQUE.
    We will first learn the SKILL of the install and then we will Practice the TECHNIQUE.

  • Live Model: 1pm-6pm

    There is only so much you can understand on a Mannequin Head! This is why we need to use our Model! We will TRY to FINISH an install!

  • The Business: 6pm-7pm

    Learning the technique is half the battle! You also need to know how to offer the service to your new clients or your loyal client!

When are Trainings Held?

Hands-on Trainings are conducted either on Monday or Tuesday

Select the day for your course—Monday or Tuesday—based on your schedule.

Typically, classes last between 6 to 10 hours, depending on the time required to acquire the skill and complete the model.

Who can Train with FTG

While FTG Pro is passionate about teaching, we don't provide one-on-one training to everyone!

One-on-one training is exclusively for PROFESSIONALS!

We only have a day or two to TRULY dive into the installation process.

A basic understanding of hair is necessary for you to benefit from the training.
